Why I cant see my new webpage?

Most likely your local DNS cache is in use at the moment. Every time the browser seeks a page on a website, the DNS lookup is repeated. If the user visits twenty pages on one site, the lookup is repeated twenty times. All for the same identical IP address. If the lookup takes three seconds, that is a total of sixty seconds spent waiting. Solution in this case is to store a copy of the domain names and their corresponding addresses in a computer on the LAN. This is called DNS caching. Retrieving an IP address from the local cache is almost instantaneous. But the problem is that when DNS settings are changed, your DNS cache can not reflect these changes instantly, that why you observer an outdated information. But you can speed up the process, we kindly recommend you to clear your DNS cache (here's a fairly concise guideline on how this can be done in different operating systems: http://my.webivox.com/knowledgebase/30/How-To-Clear-Your-DNS-Cache.html ). Please do not forget to clear your browser's cache before accessing the web-site once again.
